How the All-on-6 Procedure Works

Like the All-on-4, the All-on-6 can often be completed in a single surgical visit with temporary teeth placed the same day. Dr. Filo uses CBCT scans and digital surgical planning to position all six implants for optimal bone engagement, precise spacing, and ideal prosthetic support. The posterior implants may be tilted to maximize contact with available bone, frequently eliminating the need for separate bone grafting.
